  1. I've been readingg your blog for a while, but this pic really made me stop to leave a comment! She was absolutely adorable before, but gosh, it's obvious now your little girl is going to be even more of a stunner!

    1. Thank you! She did so great, I'm so proud of her. I was shocked when she was already starting to crack a smile 3 hours post-op but I should have known she would do that. Nothing can keep this little gal from smiliing away!

    1. Thank you for thinking of Gracie. The smile I posted came about 30 minutes after she woke from her post-op nap. She was really out of it but all it took was a little song to get a smile out of her.

  5. Wow she looks great!! I can't wait to see how the suture line heals...I'm sure your plastic surgeon is faaantastic, and the resulting scars are usually soooo hard to see. I have been thinking about you guys and wondering how surgery went! Glad to see baby G (and mama!) looking good for the camera! :)

    1. Thanks so much Alison. We are eager to have her stitches taken out. I'm told the scaring will get worse before it gets better but that it should fade by about 6 months. For right now she'll have a little Harry Potter scar above her lip. ;)
